The Triple Threat

Three ways I show up. One standard behind all of them.

Most people in this space pick one lane. I have spent thirty years in three, and each one makes the other two sharper.

— Investor

Knowledge first, capital follows

My stake in a business is usually built on knowledge, advice and guidance first, capital tends to follow over time rather than lead. The construction industry might be my strength, but the principles I've learnt span every industry.

— Global Mentor

Structure for owners who are done guessing

Through Prizstine Consulting and the PAVE Framework, I advise business owners on Purpose, Accountability, Visibility and Efficiency, the four pillars that decide whether a business runs the owner or the owner runs it. I have spoken on stages across Australia and internationally on leadership and performance.

— Master of Chaos

The one they call when it has already gone wrong

Broken projects. Businesses in administration. Teams that have lost the plot. I have walked into all three and rebuilt them around a clear plan. Composure under pressure is not a personality trait for me, it is thirty years of practice.

Track Record

Proof, not promises

Delivered across resources, energy, infrastructure and government sectors, on projects most people never see the inside of.

Resources Mining Energy Infrastructure Building Road & Bridges Commercial Government Defence
01

Delivered the Matagarup Bridge, one of Perth's most recognised landmarks, three weeks ahead of a government-mandated deadline after being brought in as an external troubleshooter.

02

Delivered a $100 million concrete and civil package for a major gas plant ahead of an accelerated client deadline.

03

Co-founded JDN Contracting and Electrical Services and grew it to eight-figure revenue in under five years, including navigating voluntary administration and seven-figure client losses without walking away.

04

Delivered across some of Australia's remotest and harshest conditions throughout my career, and never missed a deadline because of it.

05

Wrote and published the Amazon bestseller Stop Screwing Your Business in twelve months, while still making time for family and travel alongside running multiple businesses.

06

Built and now leads the PAVE Framework, a proprietary diagnostic and advisory system drawn from three decades of observed patterns in business.

SPEARWOOD, WA — WHERE IT STARTED
About

Built on a market garden. Tested on the biggest sites in the country.

I grew up on a two and a quarter acre market garden in Spearwood, Western Australia, the eldest grandchild of Croatian immigrants who arrived with a suitcase and a work ethic. Those values were never taught to me in a classroom. They were lived.

I graduated from the University of Western Australia with dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Commerce, because I wanted to understand how things were built and how the businesses that built them actually worked. Nearly twenty years followed, working from site engineer to general manager on some of the most demanding infrastructure projects in Australian history.

At 41, with a wife and three children and no real plan, I walked away from corporate life to build something of my own. It was not a straight line. I navigated voluntary administration and absorbed seven-figure losses without walking away. I also co-founded JDN Contracting and Electrical Services, wrote a bestselling book, and built the advisory framework I now use to help other owners avoid the mistakes that nearly cost me everything.

When I walk into a room today, people can feel the difference between someone who has read about the game and someone who has spent three decades playing it at the highest level.

Stop Screwing
Your Business

Jason Gavranic

The Book

Thirty years of construction and management experience, in one system.

Every day I meet business owners struggling with the same thing: cash flow they cannot control, clients they cannot manage, and a business that has quietly become a job with worse hours. Stop Screwing Your Business takes thirty years of building, breaking and fixing businesses and turns it into a system any owner can apply.

It covers the ground most business books avoid: contracts that can kill you, culture that either carries you or costs you, and the discipline it actually takes to win back your time.

Work With Me

Three doors in. Pick the right one.

I am not interested in being all things to all people. If you are serious, one of these is your door.
