This Website is built and hosted on GoHighLevel (GHL), which provides form handling, email delivery, and workflow automation. Information submitted through forms on this Website may be stored and processed within GHL's systems in accordance with GHL's own privacy and security practices.

My Foundation Notes newsletter is published and delivered through Substack. When you subscribe, you do so on Substack's website, and your email address is collected, stored and managed by Substack under its own terms and privacy policy. I can see my subscriber list through Substack, but this Website does not collect newsletter signups itself. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

The Blog page displays my latest Foundation Notes by loading post titles and summaries from Substack when you view the page, so your browser will connect to Substack's servers (and, if Substack cannot be reached, to a feed-conversion service) to do this. Posts open on Substack, where Substack's own policies apply.
